I truly love what I do, really like the people I work with, my manager is the best I've ever had and I can't think of anther company I'd rather be at. Are there challenges, of course. Is it perfect here? No. I've worked at several other companies and I can't say I have ever felt the same before.

I am never micromanaged and I have a seat at the table. I'm treated like an SME and well respected.

The fact that every employee is eligible for both merit and annual RSU grants in addition to a form of bonus is HUGE. I've worked for companies in the past who don't do any of it. We truly pay for performance.

We hire good people. They're respectful, they're not jerks and they're empathetic. I think for the most part everyone is here because they truly enjoy what they do and want to make an authentic impact. Last, most of them have a sense of humor too which is so critical at work.
