I like that work that I do and I like that I can actually make an impact and feel as though my contributions really count. I also like that I work with such a varied group of customers and I'm always learning something new.

Improving the overall culture at IAS. It has become very political and it feels like at any minute your job can be at risk for no apparent reason or rationale. They can really start listening and understanding what people do beneath them so they can make informed decisions.
