
1. There is a well-developed culture of recognition for great work (e.g. weekly global shout-outs and quarterly awards) and 2. direct managers generally tend to be particularly interested in folks' well-being and development.
The Leadership Team feels transparent, caring, rational, collaborative, trustworthy, and realistic, which together give me a very high degree of confidence in the future of the company as well as confidence that they care about the well-being and development of employees.
At least in the U.S. there is unlimited PTO; while I try to follow an annual range of 2-4 weeks of vacation, I really appreciate that I don't actually need to worry about a cap. The developmental opportunities are also very much appreciated.
