Open door policy with senior leadership. Feeling like your ideas are noted and listened to and many times implemented. Understanding that employees need to have time outside of work to spend with family and friends and keeping that in perspective day to day.
IPC has recently rolled out a Flexible Work Policy and Flexible Time Off Policy for the US. I think in today's current climate with COVID and employees needing to care for elder family members and children, this provides the needed flexibility to wear many hats!
I love the folks I work with on my team at a personal level for starters and I think that is the basis for having any type of solid working relationship. They are good people, trustworthy, and hard working and I know I can count of them and vice versa. We are all wishing for one another's success.
