
Competitively the compensation is lacking when looking at other roles in the industry. Other benefits are lacking for remote work (ex: stipend for at home office supplies).
I feel that initially 50% of the company wanted to stay in office (vs not being remote), so I think it would be nice for those people to have the option to have a we work membership (or something similar) to be able to have the option to work in person and be more productive.
