How's the leadership on the Sales team at Jo-Ann Stores?

For the most part the managers just sit in the office and only interact with other employees through radio. Not very often are they seen at the registers or cutting counter or assisting customers. Would I call this leadership? Not so much. I find most of the managers to be extremely lazy.

Mid-management was laid off 3-4 years ago so the only leaders are store manager and assistant manager.

The managements okay, nice enough but not consistent
