Hiring qualified people for the positions they qualify for, listen to their employees (not just management) definitely pay better and care more about their employees personally
I'm underpaid, even though I do just as much work as the majority of the employees and there's no room for advancement unless you're Caucasian or willing to take anything without rebuttal.
If everybody was held to the same standards, things might be different. Coworkers shouldn't be able to do whatever they want or not do whatever they don't want because of race or being friends with management.
