
What's most positive is how every department interacts with each other. I find myself having lunch with sales or engineering and people are genuinely interested in what each other is doing and supporting each other!
What I liked most was being able to get to know the team during the process. They all sat down for lunch with me which made me feel much more comfortable in my decision to work here!
The best part about compensation is that I know I am being paid fairly. Our team does a thorough review every 6 months using market data to make sure if there are changes in the market that things are adjusted.
What I love about the leadership team is their thoughtfulness - in a fast growing startup there are always going to be changes but they really bring everyone along as to WHY things changed and how they came to the decision.
