You ask for more, yet the pay stays the same. Other remote jobs are offering $60-$75 an hour for W2 positions, with much less demands. It makes it harder to stay.

Positions are created out of the blue for people who are liked-others don't have the chance to interview for the positions. People who do well or have longevity with the company don't get recognized. Lack of consistency among supervisors relative to paperwork standards.

So now are you talking about the executive team or the leadership team, because you didn't ask anything about the leadership team. This is about how clear the company goals are. Leadership team, does what they want, when they want. Some of it good, some of it not so good for the company.
