After being with the company for multiple years, and working at the headquarters I am paid barely a living wage. I am overworked and extremely underpaid, treated like a cog in a machine instead of a valued hard working employee.

Pay employees fairly. I have a college degree in the field I am working in. I have worked at the headquarters of a Fortune 500 company for over 3 years and barely make $38k a year. That is not a livable wage.
