I personally feel under utilized for my skill set. I also feel like I lack exposure to decision making and that I have become more of a "doer" than a problem solver / strategic thinker
While being compensated in equity is fantastic, it should not be an offset to cash compensation. Equity is an alignment tool, to have employees invested in the companies future. Cash compensation, for me, feels significantly below what I could achieve on market.
