Communication and trust is something I wish they could get better at.

Just look at the lack of management and staff retention- not sure how this company pulled off this rating. Suspect.

  • Never. You never get raises or bonuses. If you are promised a bonus. Don't believe it. When payout time comes they will give you the run around just to make sure they don't have to give it to you.

  • Our CEO is very engaged and personable. He takes the time to get to know his employees. I've had several conversations with him in the elevator and before meetings, when he walks around to shake everyone's hands.
