No micromanagement, they do treat you like adults, offers their help in times you need. They are here to support your journey and make sure that it goes well for you. Results are important, but they tend to be more human than more places that I have ever work.
Well, you will have all the material needed and more if necessary for your work. I do believe they could help out on other benefits like paying for the internet or getting a better health coverage. However, they do more than enough to be satisfied and to want to work with them.
The people. As any interview, it might be tricky and do not know how to be (mostly when you are on the phone/ zoom call). I have seen their questions is towards you as a person rather than the job itself. I did not have all the "attribute" to do this job, but they still hire me.
