
Caring about their employees. Eliminating the Us vs. The Help mentality
They focus on the rate of producing the product at the expense of it's quality until the product falls apart
Their HR strategy is to hire people for as little as possible, work them as hard as they can until they quit, ad infinitum
Work to improve the quality/efficiency of the work, but you can't blame them because management doesn't reward it and will blame you if any attempts at improving things take time to develop
