Terrible. Toxic. I dreaded going to work most days and co-workers would spend the entirety of our shifts complaining about mistreatment. Ive seen many people cry and breakdown and watched HR even laugh while it happened! Ive never experienced this ruthlessness elsewhere.
Communication. Treating employees like humans. Attitude.
I was fortunate enough to have a 1 on 1 interview.
My coworkers truly want to help people and have a passion for the industry.
Management and HR need to stop the toxic environment. There is a reason there are several lawsuits being brought.
They dont openly criticize you. You may not even know they have an issue with you until the last moment.
It was quick and simple. They really wanted to recruit me it seems however, promises of full-time were quickly brushed aside.
Have ethics. Implement rules across the board. Employees should not be held to a rule that management doesnt follow. More gender equlity.
Management and HR need a total overhaul. Your company will fall apart with the way you treat your employees, word gets around.
Co-workers are great. Were all in this together and it is helpful to have others around you to get through the work struggle with.
Promises of raises that haven't happened and then taking tips away on top of that? Not being allowed to tell customers we dont get tips when they directly ask.
My team was great! They were the only ones that helped get us though the day. There were many days where co-workers cried about work issues but every single person there could understand and was there to comfort you. Amazing people...aside from management.
Dont talk down and threaten employees with their job when they speak up on serious issues. HR is there to intimidate, not help. Also, the undertones of sexism are blatant. Please look at females as equals. Even the male co-workers have picked up on the inequality.
