Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Good health insurance and better maternity leave

My manager putting a person ahead of me (didn't do it last year) as far as seniority. She worked part-time then per diem for several years. I do my job well and have been here almost 10 years. I am considering resigning.

The work was more than the pay far more

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that anyone who isn't an RN doesn't matter. I think they need to appreciate all staff fairly and pay better

Review from Customer Support Dept

Have not received a raise in 2 years

Review from Operations Dept

Required to stay late, very frequently, when doctors are running behind, but not paid fairly for all the extra hours.
