imagining project pay during truck
When we all nerd out over the latest technology coming out.
My team actually cares about their job 80% of the time. Which is WAY more than my previous jobs. We're all nerds so when someone has a tech question there's typically a handful of people with solutions available.
Darryl Grant is the best manager I've had thus far regardless of job. He actually listens to complaints/concerns and tries to solve them. He's also not some robot pawn that corporate placed that just follows the book regardless of situation or context. He is much appreciated.
$4/hr isn't enough in the current economy to rely on when sales get very slow. I've seen many people quit recently because they couldn't pay their bills anymore. Even if you don't increase the base pay, at lease boost general sales, build your own and service's pay/commission.
