We have some outstanding associates that really have a great attitude and work ethic. Our leadership team is united and a pleasure to work with.
I believe, again I'm talking about the store level, that our leadership is all about making the store great in every way and they expertly convey that message.
I get great pleasure in the process of making our store the best in the chain. It's a goal that we/I strive each day to accomplish. I'm most happy when we daily make even modest improvements.
When you speak of "Executive Team" who are you talking about? at the corporate level? or the store level? In 9 years I've never met the CEO or other C suite "executives". All my answers thus far are focused on store level leadership. The leadership team in my store are the best I've had.
