
We don't compete against each other or obsess over numbers or rankings. Micromanagement is not conducive to our goal of exceptionally and efficiently taking care of customers and keeping the store running as well as it can.
Going home knowing I won't come in to a mess next shift, because I know I can trust that my coworkers have everything handled and no one wants to make their and/or someone else's jobs more difficult or annoying if they can help it
Employees should have more absence time and be paid a living wage that isn't outpaced by inflation. Some people haven't had annual reviews & raises in years. Schedules shouldn't be made based on the bare minimum number of people. Customers & associates feel undervalued when there aren't enough staff
