We work on commission, but are made to work on other tasks. You pay other people hourly for those things and they watch youtube videos

Great experience overall. Being able to move up positions and make more money has enhanced my time with the company. Overall, Micro Center is a good place to work in. I know it can eventually become the best place to work in, should we see wages increase.
