
The fact I have a job, and have some income.
My team show respect to customers that walk into the building, along with their peers. They have shown themselves to be reliable for the task at hand.
The Managers here show themselves to be motivated to taking care of their employees, the store, and the customers. They are able to inspire others to work their hardest and show their best.
The leadership team pushes their associates to do their best at their job. This applies to all departments, ops, service, and sales. Along with that, we all work together as a team to take care of the customer and the store.
Seems like a number of positions are underpaid compared to competitors, which leads to high turnover rates in certain departments and roles. In some cases, the wage alone isn't enough to cover cost of living in majority of states. This alone will leave employee dissatisfied and will quit.
