
They make the mission(s) clear and obtainable to a reasonable extent. They have goals and push the team(s) to reach them without overbearing them overall.
Being able to be around computers in general and working on them, feels more like a hobby than work which makes it easy for me personally.
Culture is the best I have ever been around. We all get along, and when issues arise, we solve them together, nobody is ever left behind. We care for each other in ways I can't type.
The people, and the things we go through everyday if we all weren't in the same boat it would be different, but we all have similar experiences, so when situations come up and someone has been through it, we can bounce of that and figure out a plan.
Service needs a way/change for us to make the same type of money or opportunity when selling parts specifically. We are capable of explaining and finding parts for customers just as much as BYO, or any other department. We take time out of our work to go back and forth and should be compensated.
