I feel like Micro Center benefits from being a private company. Publicly traded retail stores are VERY much Resources > Human. I feel like I can have an unpopular opinion here whereas at other retailers I feel like I'm at a Blackrock/Vanguard Global Brainwashing Facility. Not good.
Everyone seems on the same page/cutting edge.

Nice to know it's there if I need it.
My store team is awesome. I can't speak for buyers not providing enough CPUs/GPUs.
Resilient and clearly the best. Not only has all leadership outlasted competition, it has gotten stronger! Awesome company.
No one is the same, yet we all share similarities. I feel like I'm on the Crew of a Starship almost. It's too cool to be real at times.
I think we are as genuinely excited about what we are selling as our customers. That's why the Gear 1 is so important. I think it's that vision, the premonition of possibility of what's to come that's best about Micro Center.
I always wanted to be a "professional gamer" and I ended up becoming one somehow by selling at Micro Center. It's not about winning touraments rather making an impact on the world and helping others. I get paid to help people game better. That's a professional gamer!
After Bidenflation, now Trump Tariffs, and you keep killing pay for service and sales. Took away commission pool on web orders. KEEP PROMOTING WEB ORDERS on YOUTUBE instead of speaking with PRO SALES. People think we are Amazon. We have 2 warehouse associates. We deserve more than $4/hour on truck.
The 5090 Launch was terrible. First come first serve created an unsightly camp outside of the building for more than two weeks that put people at risk of illness and injury. Uncool. We need to do a QR code or a raffle or something that prevents a big stinky mass of bodies camping on the building.
