The leadership team encourage others to be creative and come up with ideas and give feedback along the way. The team also let you know when you're doing well. The team also works with you when you feel like you're struggling. Very solution based.
I don't feel undervalued but I do believe our benefits could be better. 401(k) matching should be a standard. Clear vacation policy: It's great that our OOO days aren't micro-managed, but difficult when you want to take a week or two off to disconnect. A process for this would be nice.
