We are growing as a company, and as a result we've taken on more clients and the workload has grown. That should be reflected in a base salary raise.
I don't feel undervalued but I do believe our benefits could be better. 401(k) matching should be a standard. Clear vacation policy: It's great that our OOO days aren't micro-managed, but difficult when you want to take a week or two off to disconnect. A process for this would be nice.
