What do you like best about the leadership team?Easy to talk to and will listen to your concerns
What do you like best about the leadership team? The leaders of MuteSix truly care about my professional growth, personal well-being, and my overall success. They have created an excellent company culture where everyone loves coming to work every day. I cannot say enough good things about our founders!
What are some of the best things about your team? The culture! Everyone loves showing up to work every day and we hang out outside of work. Also, everyone is extremely knowledgeable in the marketing field and willing to share wins and learnings with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are growing as a company, and as a result we've taken on more clients and the workload has grown. That should be reflected in a base salary raise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel undervalued but I do believe our benefits could be better. 401(k) matching should be a standard. Clear vacation policy: It's great that our OOO days aren't micro-managed, but difficult when you want to take a week or two off to disconnect. A process for this would be nice.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?401(k) matching and improved vacation policy that includes a better system/process for unplugging for a week at a time at the least.
