What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to talk to and will listen to your concerns
The leaders of MuteSix truly care about my professional growth, personal well-being, and my overall success. They have created an excellent company culture where everyone loves coming to work every day. I cannot say enough good things about our founders!
The leadership team encourage others to be creative and come up with ideas and give feedback along the way. The team also let you know when you're doing well. The team also works with you when you feel like you're struggling. Very solution based.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are growing as a company, and as a result we've taken on more clients and the workload has grown. That should be reflected in a base salary raise.
I don't feel undervalued but I do believe our benefits could be better. 401(k) matching should be a standard. Clear vacation policy: It's great that our OOO days aren't micro-managed, but difficult when you want to take a week or two off to disconnect. A process for this would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture! Everyone loves showing up to work every day and we hang out outside of work. Also, everyone is extremely knowledgeable in the marketing field and willing to share wins and learnings with the team.
They're extremely smart. They're funny and clever. Social. Willing to share insight and their food. All around great community of coworkers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I respect my coworkers and work well with them, and I've learned a lot from them. In addition, people genuinely love to be together. We laugh together, hang out outside of work, and work well together.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that I was able to meet with several members of the team and ask them questions about the work environment and job specifics. Everyone was generous with their time and was excited to be meeting with me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping our clients grow their businesses. We work with a lot of eCommerce brands that come to us in the early stages, and it's amazing to help them grow to their full potential.
Creative freedom and freedom and encouragement to be a thought leader.

401(k) matching and improved vacation policy that includes a better system/process for unplugging for a week at a time at the least.
