The best thing about my team is that we are focused on the goals at hand and we work together to achieve them. There is no blaming or shaming yet we are busy and priorities change often and quickly so you have to be flexible to work here.

The interview process was thorough. I met with multiple levels of people on the team, management, peers, subordinates, etc. I was also asked to prepare and present a sample work product to the team. It was a good challenge and a great way to ensure we both were getting what we wanted.
