Mentally exhausting!!! Like banging your head on a wall all day!
Communication! Understanding what what we do and what our needs are.
I can't give you an answer because I have worked here for almost 20 years.
Understanding what it takes to do what we do. They want to make $$$, we need help to get that done.
Our team is mostly positive. We can't get things to change so we make the best of it. It's the only way to survive!
We are overloaded with work. The turnover in other departments has pushed a lot of there work onto us because they were never told that they should be doing it.
Some of us work great together but a lot of the "newer" employees in other departments don't even know what their job is. Job descriptions have gotten lost in new employee turnover.
I would feel better if the executive team would come and learn what we do for the company. Our team is grouped with another group that has nothing to do with what we do and the "Boss" only cares about the "other" group. He also doesn't know what we do.
This is a loaded question! There are new systems in the works that we aren't even positive will work. We won't be working with them until later in the year. This has been in the works for over a year but in the mean time issues that should be corrected aren't because "PLM will take care of that".
