
I enjoy taking care of my customers and they allow me to do just that using my good judgement. The culture has changed in the past several years and I believe it could harm the business going forward. Team members for the most part are not team oriented. Management is not on the floor enough to mange the selling floor. It has become every man and woman for themselves and is negatively impacting business. If something is not about selling then they don't want to get alterations, do returns, get supplies that support the customer service.
It could be more rewarding but that is also partial to what team you are on
