
Listening to the workers. They know more about the processes than a mgr who hasn't processed in years and has never been in the dept before.
Scheduling , participating not just talking as though they will . They need not to be so concerned about their lunch !!!
If they are sopost to be our role models than show by example, and dont ignore your employees we are not invisible.
Making sure that all their people are working not just some and that schedule is fair because this was my problem
Mean what you say. No retaliation....totally untrue. No support from HR. Issues go on deaf ears!
IF you mean within the store, management could be friendlier and get to know the salesforce better
communication throughout building, handling trouble makers and not making their actions everyone elses problem. Stop the coddling.
