    We need to be paid more money. We experience a very high rate of returns and are 100% comississioned. We work very hard and it is stressful

    It's far to little for the time an works that goes into it. Either raise the hourly rate or commission. Give benefits to part time employee

    20 years experience and younger ppl paid 2.00 more an hr. 8 yrs with the company any place else I'd have 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days,

    I would feel better if I received what non employees receive as far as credit cards perks. i.e. triple points days, alteration credits.

    It is way to difficult to make a living as a sales person... that is why our turnover rate is so high.

    We sell less expensive jewelry than when i started and we either need to up commission rate or carry more expensive jewelry
