
Everyone on the same page and managment insuring that. No favoritism. Know who is the workers and who is the brown noser, treat accordingly
It's not a team. Salespeople are out for themselves. Very selfish people. But that's what happens when you are on commission

My department has a few long time employees.. 5+ yrs. we must have more if our culture is to survive.
They are very immature and I feel like Nordstoms hire people that are not ready for their positions
