    You have help benefits but only for 40 hour week workers sales people Aren't allowed to work 40 hours and were the majority of your workers

    Salespeople are being asked to do more and more support functions and have less time to really take care of their customers

    More coverage, company is cutting back on man hours and means more work for everyone. So the situation won't change.
