    We used to be asked what could be done to make job better because you do it. Now they don't want our opinion on anything, Its included

    Sales numbers are down and management has not given any direction or help to the sales people they are just told to sell more

    Management needs to push workers to become reliable. I think they need more training and rotation thruout dept so all know who does what
