Leadership is in the extreme need of "true leaders that knows how to do just that, communication is extremely poor which leads to distrust, professionalism, reliability and consideration all of these areas need to be thoroughly examined and re-evaluated and corrected.
In the beginning the interview started well but due to change of management things went downhill. Things that were conveyed to me from the interim manager were inaccurate. Even when I discussed the scheduling and my work hours. I still found management to be unprofessional and untrusting,
