
The fact that some of our Partners (Clients) depend on our Product to drive their business on a Permanent basis
Product and Sector Knowledge. If you do get time out of their schedule then they do have great insights about the clients they have worked with.
Increments arent discussed or communicated effectively from Line Manager to Employee. They would realise that if they did do that the increment they have given is actually zero if considered with the Increased Tax outlay.
There was a very clear relation between Actual On the Job Expectations and the questioning Process. High Correlation between what they ask in the interview in terms of Situation Questions and what happens in the office.
1) The company gives the impression of the Centralisation of Power within Teams. 2) Too much focus on putting it in Email even amongst Internal collaboration. 3) Poor Planning about Roadmap about Project. 4) Inefficient Documentation Process which is sometimes not standard across teams.
I am able to connect well with my team and because the domain is a niche, I can't depend on Google so reaching out to coworkers is the only choice. And they do help out to the best of their ability. And if they are at similar levels of Age and Position it becomes easier which i currently see.
