We created an e-card platform (www.osmosis.org/spreadjoy) for anyone to send a free card to anyone - team members, learners, and partners. I often receive random cards from team members when I celebrate various milestones personally and professionally.

Our team is incredibly talented, humble and team-oriented. They come for the mission and are hungry to make a difference in the world. They've also contributed to building one of the most caring, welcoming, and driven work cultures I've seen.

The time they took to get to know me as a person and make me feel comfortable before diving into intense questions! They also did their research and thoroughly read through my application so they came prepared to ask really specific questions which I appreciated.

They truly care about their team members and go the extra mile to check in and support each one. As an example, I received a "Get Well Soon" card for my dog when my dog had an unexpected surgery. I was floored that they took the time to send that!
