Harassment, poor compensation, HR not engaged, nepotism, corruption.
As a female I know I am paid less.
My team was problematic, we lost over 50% in 6 months, and nobody looked at really why.
They do not do anything to prevent discrimination or harassment- As a matter of fact - management is part of it.
Always little comments, even now when and if I speak to someone they have the wrong idea or concept about what happened. There needs to be a complete overhaul and culture shift for the company to keep up with the rest of the world.
