What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everybody works fine together and nice and courteous
Every one is supportive of each other
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not do anything to prevent discrimination or harassment- As a matter of fact - management is part of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I selected satisfied, but it doesn't mean I don't think I should be making more. I just understand why I make what I make.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a female I know I am paid less.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team was problematic, we lost over 50% in 6 months, and nobody looked at really why.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody does their job effectively and efficiently
Engaging and productive for everyone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Always little comments, even now when and if I speak to someone they have the wrong idea or concept about what happened. There needs to be a complete overhaul and culture shift for the company to keep up with the rest of the world.

What makes you most happy at work?
All the secretaries and going to lunch
Excel and the people and the experiences
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Harassment, poor compensation, HR not engaged, nepotism, corruption.
