They have a lot of parties for the employees, monthly birthday parties, holiday parties, even halloween.

The are right there on the same floor as everyone else, and don't act like they are better than enyone else

We are allowed to bring our dogs to work, and everyone has treats on their desk,a nd the dogs like each other.
