Good people, but seems like there has been very little capital investment. Lifts and facilities seem to be aging -- holding it together with minimum expenses.

I have been working at Snowbird for coming on 8 years now in food and beverage. The compensation for going outside or above and beyond your duties in your department will never be recognized and they will only take advantage of you. They dont want skiers working there, because they want to ride.

Not, that great, I only remain so my wife and I can be insured. The resort I work at constantly hires out instead of hiring qualified individuals within while times hiring people with no experience in their particular field as full time year round leadership roles.
