Pay was competitive benefits were mid no bonus no real vacation its obviously an unsafe work/living place led by incompetent management. Lack of respect and knowledge of important infrastructure endangering everyone on site . I have plenty of proof to support my statement.

Really good until benefits started getting taken away and we are expected to remain vorking hard for less incentive.

Leadership at RePOWDR leads with a fear-based approach, creating uncertainty among the team. The disorganization at the top is detrimental to all the company's endeavors, ultimately harming their success. Zero females in the executive team.

Eldora a small mountain with very little terrain yet you are treated like a workhorse and constantly lied to about incentives

Not, that great, I only remain so my wife and I can be insured. The resort I work at constantly hires out instead of hiring qualified individuals within while times hiring people with no experience in their particular field as full time year round leadership roles.

My direct leadership is incredible. My indirect leadership should understand that driving their Audi to the mountain everyday is a slap in the face to the people keeping their mountain running on a day to day basis.

Out of the senior leadership team there is maybe 3 people who actually care about employee well being and culture. I have seen certain departments give themselves rewards via their executive leader in order to get pay raises at the senior leadership level.

Understanding and meeting current safety standards especially nec code in locations that are endangering guests and employees

Hire empathetic leaders and quit getting rid of the people who truly care for the customers.

Following policys out of the handbook and following the drug policy on themselves. Practice what you preach

Promoting from inside their team, listening to the people who actually put the time and effort into an outlet, care about their employees well being more than the bottom line.

I feel undervalued do to manager intentionally giving me pathetic tasks to do instead of correcting improving safety issues he was aware of

We need a new leadership team at copper. Ones that actually follow policy and ruin employees lives

Higher wages and more fmla

I work too much to be ignored and blown off by my bosses and to have them hire supervisors to be in charge of me, when i have to train them, and when ive been promised these positions. I've been working here for 8 yrs and i am ignored when the guy from outside the resort, with 0 experience is hired.

I am not certain really if it is fair or not as I am not sure if the company is making money or not.

Amazing people work there but this place needs improvement in management

The other snowmakers are the only reason youd want to work on this mountain and even then its not worth it

They are all go getters and are willing to work for people who show value in them, and work for the right reasons. I have their back and they have mine.

I enjoy working with my immediate managers and colleagures

Teamwork. Family values and shared stoke.

Co workers work great together its the director of employee experience and human resources at Copper Mountain are the problem

Support one another and take responsibility for their faults. I have personally witnessed unfair practices where they point fingers and take little to no responsibility.

My team keeping our own moral high, we can band together but we feel like our voices are silent

Immediate supervisors and colleagues are the most enjoyable part of job. As well as learning opporutnity.

Getting ride of some of the leople in employee experience and hr like kelly renoux

Getting rid of the director of employeee experience, and hr because they are firing people with no warning and accusing the wrong people for doing drugs and alcohol, and she doesn't follow the rules herself

Have leasership team takea drug test at copper maointain because they are getting rid of the wrong ones they are foring good employees that dont do drugs

300 digits is not enough to translate how bad all of our departments are. Our corporate higher ups do not care for our well being or the publics, and are pressuring us to return to work while still caring covid, with symptoms. They mandate all these things for "safety" but won't help their workers.

The corporation seems to care more about overall profit than any single persons experience on the mountain. It can be fixed by literally just following the values they claim to have and preach at every HR onboard.
