What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team keeping our own moral high, we can band together but we feel like our voices are silent

Immediate supervisors and colleagues are the most enjoyable part of job. As well as learning opporutnity.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Getting ride of some of the leople in employee experience and hr like kelly renoux

Getting rid of the director of employeee experience, and hr because they are firing people with no warning and accusing the wrong people for doing drugs and alcohol, and she doesn't follow the rules herself
