What are some of the best things about your team?
The other snowmakers are the only reason youd want to work on this mountain and even then its not worth it
They are all go getters and are willing to work for people who show value in them, and work for the right reasons. I have their back and they have mine.

Co workers work great together its the director of employee experience and human resources at Copper Mountain are the problem
Support one another and take responsibility for their faults. I have personally witnessed unfair practices where they point fingers and take little to no responsibility.
