The healthcare is amazing, and I don't pay a cent out of my paycheck for it.

I have made a network of lifelong friends through Rokt. We really are like a family!!

It's a feeling of all hands on deck to tackle any problem that comes our way

Rokt'stars are incredibly smart, genuine, team players. I consider most of them close friends outside of work

They are transparent and always keeping everyone in the loop on everything - big and small, good or bad.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are the best part of going to work every day! Oh, and the free snacks and beer!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its an extensive interview process, but Rokt does a good job of making sure its a good fit for the candidate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about us as individuals. They are all very open to feedback and are genuinely invested in our growth as team members
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I'd love to see more mental health options available to us, similar to the initiatives in April when we had yoga and meditation and more rokt mental health days
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Whether its on the elevator, lunch line, or in the lounge - everyone I interact with at the office is lovely. And I get to pet their dogs too!
What do you like best about your company?
The best part about Rokt is that we are constantly striving towards improvement, both in our product and culture. We take all feedback into account and have a team dedicated to making sure that Rokt is a great place to work for everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Rokt knows we work long days and that the pace is fast...so they try to balance it out with our awesome culture initiatives. We have Rokt mental health days, we're encouraged to take PTO, and we even get flown to tropical locations once a year (all paid for!!) for a team bonding
