I love Roku - seriously the best place I've ever worked. I think the exec team is a bunch of smart leaders with a charming nerdy humility. Everyone is motivated and works hard and helps each other achieve common goals. The compensation is really good and competitive with the FAANG companies.

The company is full of very smart people that are straight-forward and don't have hidden agendas. People work very hard at the office, but all leave a reasonable time - so good work/life balance. Also, people are very authentic and down-to-earth - they know how to work hard with a sense of humor.
