Most of the leadership is very "Old and Tired" they lack agility and the ability to learn.

Great People fun attitude don't take work too seriously.

Recruiters - I worked with two due to a vacation - were transparent and quick. No back and forth. Offer was good.

Work life balance is good. If you work hard while you are at work, you can actually have a family life outside of the office without the phone ringing.
