How's the work life balance at Rover.com?

Great. There is no expectation that you take your work home with you. That said, people just get work done. Everyone shares the same vision and drive for company success. The organization is flexible with work from home schedules (if necessary). There are a handful of social activities organized by the company.

Never really had an issue. If there was extra work that needed to be done it was a decision I was able to make. No one has ever forced me to work beyond the hours I was scheduled for.

Work life balance is great for a start-up, but it's a lot of work, though it's very exciting and rewarding.
