This is hard to answer now, there's nothing I can think of that's positive about the culture or environment here anymore
The people, they're incredibly talented. Unfortunately with so many leadership changes, not all of their potentials are being reached and strengths aren't being utilized
The openness regarding referrals, there have been several folks who have sat "untouched" that are overly qualified for roles with no insight from hiring manager or recruiters on status or reaching out to the potential hires
